The present invention relates to methods and uses for controlling herbicide resistant or tolerant weed species by applying the herbicidal compound (±)-2-exo-(2-Methylbenzyloxy)-1-methyl-4- isopropyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane, any of its individual enantiomers or any non-racemic mixture thereof. The methods and uses are particularly suitable for the protection of crops. The invention also relates to specific herbicidal compositions comprising said herbicidal compound. La présente invention concerne des procédés et des utilisations pour lutter contre certaines espèces de mauvaises herbes résistantes ou tolérantes aux herbicides par application du composé herbicide (±)-2-exo-(2-méthylbenzyloxy)-1-méthyl-4-isopropyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane, l'un quelconque de ses énantiomères individuels ou tout mélange non racémique associé. Les procédés et utilisations selon l'invention sont particulièrement appropriés pour la protection de cultures végétales. L'invention concerne également des compositions herbicides spécifiques comprenant ledit composé herbicide.
