Abstract | Provided is a power conversion device applicable to a power conversion device including a switching element that is arranged on a line and a radiator that is connected to a predetermined potential such as a ground potential, the power conversion device being durable against vibrations and reducing noise that is caused by a parasitic capacitance generated between the switching element and the radiator and that is output to an input side of the power conversion device. A noise eliminator 11 in which an electric conductor is covered by an insulator is interposed between a switching element (semiconductor switch SW) and a radiator (heat sink HS). A flexible connection line 11c connected to the electric conductor 11a of the noise eliminator 11 is connected to an on-substrate line B1 wired on a substrate B.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de courant applicable à un dispositif de conversion de courant comprenant un élément de commutation qui est agencé sur une ligne et un radiateur qui est connecté à un potentiel prédéterminé tel qu'un potentiel de masse, le dispositif de conversion de courant étant durable contre les vibrations et réduisant le bruit qui est causé par une capacité parasite générée entre l'élément de commutation et le radiateur et qui est délivré à un côté d'entrée du dispositif de conversion de courant. Un éliminateur de bruit (11), dans lequel un conducteur électrique est recouvert par un isolant, est intercalé entre un élément de commutation (commutateur à semi-conducteur, SW) et un radiateur (dissipateur de chaleur, HS).
