The present invention relates to an ingot cutting apparatus, comprising: an ingot supply apparatus which supplies an ingot and is provided to be movable up and down; a cutting apparatus which is provided to be movable right and left and cut the ingot; a slurry supply part which is provided to supply slurry to the cutting apparatus; and an air supply part which is provided to supply air to the cutting apparatus so as to control a supply amount of the slurry being supplied to the cutting apparatus.
