Disclosed is a thermal management module, comprising: a housing (6) provided with an opening; a rotary valve (V) which is arranged in the housing (6) and has a passage, the passage being in communication with outside via the opening of the housing (6); and a sealing assembly arranged in the opening of the housing (6), the sealing assembly comprising: a main seal (7), a secondary seal (8) and a seal bracket (9), wherein the seal bracket (9) is provided with a cylindrical part (92) and a flange (91), the main seal (7) and the secondary seal (8) are successively arranged in the space between the flange and the cylindrical part of the seal bracket and the housing (6) in the axial direction of the opening, the main seal (7) is in contact with the rotary valve in the axial direction of the opening, the secondary seal (8) is used for sealing between the housing (6) and the seal bracket (9), and the main seal (7) is loosely cooperated on the seal bracket (9) and is loosely cooperated in the housing (6).
