Abstract | The present invention provides a graphite sheet having a ratio of thermal diffusivity in horizontal and vertical directions of 300 or more. Also, the present invention provides a graphite sheet having a ratio of thermal diffusivity in a vertical direction of 2.0 ㎟/s or less. The graphite sheet has excellent thermal conductivity in horizontal and vertical directions and excellent flexibility at the same time and can be produced at low manufacturing cost, thereby holding an economic advantage.
La présente invention concerne une feuille de graphite possédant un rapport de diffusivité thermique dans les sens horizontal et vertical supérieur ou égal à 300. En outre, la présente invention concerne une feuille de graphite possédant un rapport de diffusivité thermique dans un sens vertical inférieur ou égale à 2,0 ㎟/s. La feuille de graphite possède une excellente conductivité thermique dans le sens horizontal et vertical et en même temps une excellente flexibilité, et peut être produite à faible coût de fabrication, maintenant ainsi un avantage économique.
