The invention relates to stable formulation of ingenol 3-(3,5-diethylisoxazole-4-carboxylate), processes for preparing said formulations, and the use of the formulations in the treatment of dermal diseases or conditions, such as actinic keratosis. The formulations comprise ingenol 3-(3,5-diethylisoxazole-4-carboxylate), a penetration enhancer, a solvent, a gellant, and a buffer, and have a pH of no greater than 4.5 and no less than 2.5. La présente invention concerne une formulation stable de 3-(3,5-diéthylisoxazole-4-carboxylate) d'ingénol, des procédés de préparation desdites formulations, et l'utilisation desdites formulations dans le traitement de maladies ou de pathologies dermiques, telles que la kératose actinique. Les formulations comprennent le 3-(3,5-diéthylisoxazole-4-carboxylate) d'ingénol, un promoteur de pénétration, un solvant, un gélifiant et un tampon, et présentent un pH supérieur ou égal à 2,5 et inférieur ou égal à 4,5.
