The present invention relates to a semi-permanent hair-dye composition and, more specifically, to a semi-permanent hair-dye composition capable of remarkably shortening skin dyeing and the dyeing time, which are the greatest drawbacks of conventional acidic hair-dyes, and exhibiting an excellent sense of hair conditioning, by comprising an acidic dye, a cationic polymer, and a pH adjuster.
