A variable displacement supercharger is provided with a turbine having: a turbine housing forming a scroll flow passage disposed around a turbine impeller; a variable nozzle unit including a second nozzle ring which faces the scroll flow passage and which forms a part of the inner wall of the scroll flow passage; and an annular seal member for sealing the gap between the turbine housing and the second nozzle ring. The seal member is gripped in the gap, has a disc-spring structure which presses the turbine housing and the second nozzle ring in the rotation axis direction, and is disposed further inward than the scroll flow passage in the radial direction of the turbine impeller. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de suralimentation à déplacement variable doté d'une turbine comportant : un boîtier de turbine formant un passage d'écoulement en spirale disposé autour d'une pompe de turbine ; une unité de buse variable comprenant une seconde bague de buse qui fait face au passage d'écoulement en spirale et qui forme une partie de la paroi interne du passage d'écoulement en spirale ; et un élément d'étanchéité annulaire pour sceller l'espace entre le boîtier de turbine et la seconde bague de buse. L'élément d'étanchéité est bloqué dans l'espace, possède une structure de ressort à disque qui appuie sur le boîtier de turbine et la seconde bague de buse dans la direction de l'axe de rotation et est disposé plus vers l'intérieur que le passage d'écoulement en spirale dans la direction radiale de la pompe de turbine. 　可変容量型過給機は、タービン翼車の周囲に配置されるスクロール流路を形成するタービンハウジングと、スクロール流路に面しスクロール流路の内壁の一部を形成する第２ノズルリングを含む可変ノズルユニットと、タービンハウジングと第２ノズルリングとの隙間をシールする環状のシール部材と、を有するタービンを備え、シール部材は、上記隙間に挟み込まれると共にタービンハウジングと第２ノズルリングとを回転軸線方向に付勢する皿バネ構造をなし、スクロール流路よりもタービン翼車の径方向内側に配置されている。
