Abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a high-strength synthetic fiber, and a high-strength synthetic fiber prepared thereby. The present invention optimizes a localized heating method when a spinning nozzle falls vertically during spinning in a melt spinning process, wherein all fibers to be spun directly under the spinning nozzle are indirectly heated by uniformly transferring a high temperature heat thereto, and particularly, a heat transfer method is optimized by dually heating the fibers in the vicinity of the hole of the spinning nozzle and directly under the spinning nozzle, thereby improving stretchability by controlling the entangled structure of molecular chains in a molten polymer by instantaneous localized high-temperature heating, and the mechanical properties of the obtained fiber such as strength and elongation are improved since the stretchability of the spun fiber is increased. In addition, the preparation method of the present invention improves mechanical properties while utilizing a design of a spinning nozzle to be actually commercialized and conventional steps of a melt spinning step and a stretching step, thereby enabling the mass production of high-performance fibers at low cost. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fibre synthétique à haute résistance, et une fibre synthétique à haute résistance ainsi préparée. La présente invention optimise un procédé de chauffage localisé lorsqu'une buse de filage tombe verticalement pendant le filage dans un processus de filage par fusion, toutes les fibres devant être directement filées sous la buse de filage étant chauffées indirectement par le transfert uniforme d'une chaleur à température élevée sur celles-ci, et en particulier, un procédé de transfert de chaleur est optimisé en chauffant doublement les fibres dans le voisinage de l'orifice de la buse de filage et directement sous la buse de filage, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'étirabilité en régulant la structure enchevêtrée de chaînes moléculaires dans un polymère fondu par chauffage à haute température localisé instantané, et les propriétés mécaniques de la fibre obtenue telles que la résistance et l'allongement sont améliorées étant donné que l'étirabilité de la fibre filée est augmentée. De plus, le procédé de préparation de la présente invention améliore les propriétés mécaniques tout en utilisant une conception d'une buse de filage devant être réellement commercialisée et des étapes classiques d'une étape de filage par fusion et d'une étape d'étirement, permettant ainsi la production en masse de fibres à haute performance à faible coût. 본 발명은 고강도 합성섬유의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 고강도의 합성섬유에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 용융방사공정에서 방사 시, 방사노즐 직하시 국부 가열방식을 최적화하되, 방사노즐 직하에서 방사되는 모든 섬유에 균일하게 고온의 열전달을 간접적으로 가열하고, 특히, 방사노즐의 홀 부근과 방사노즐의 직하에서 섬유를 이중으로 가열하여 열전달 방식을 최적화함으로써, 순각 국부고온가열에 의해 용융상 고분자내 분자쇄 얽힘 구조를 제어하여 연신성을 향상시키고, 방사된 섬유의 연신성을 높임에 따라, 얻어진 섬유의 강도 및 신도등의 기계적 물성을 개선한다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법은 실제 상용화되는 방사노즐 설계와 용융방사공정 및 연신공정의 기존 공정을 활용하면서 기계적 물성을 개선하므로, 저비용으로 고성능의 섬유를 대량생산할 수 있다.
