A vibration solidification moulding apparatus for casting a molten material, according to the present invention, comprises: a sleeve housing (21); a sleeve (22) which is accommodated inside the sleeve housing (21) and into which a molten material is injected; one or more vibration units (23) which are disposed on the inner side of the sleeve housing (21); a fluid circulation line (25) which is disposed along the peripheral side of the sleeve (22); and a heating unit (24) which is disposed on the sleeve housing (21). La présente invention concerne un appareil de formage par coagulation par vibrations et un procédé de formage par vibrations et, plus particulièrement, un appareil de formage par coagulation par vibrations ayant une unité vibrante pour le recuit coalescent d'une matière de type aluminium en fusion.
