Abstract | Provided is a method for simple, high-yield production of a dihydropyrazinone derivative. The method is characterized by: continuously introducing, into a cylindrical reaction vessel, an epoxy compound indicated by formula (II), water, and at least one type of ethylene diamine selected from the group consisting of ethylene diamine, ethylene diamine acetic acid, and an ethylene diamine hydrate and reacting same in the cylindrical reaction vessel; and continuously obtaining a reaction product including a dihydropyrazinone derivative indicated by formula (I), from an outlet in the cylindrical reaction vessel. In the formulas, R1 indicates a C1-6 haloalkyl group and each X independently indicates a halogen atom.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de production simple et à haut rendement d'un dérivé de dihydropyrazinone. Le procédé est caractérisé par : l'introduction en continu, dans une cuve de réaction cylindrique, d'un composé époxy représenté par la formule (II), d'eau, et d'au moins un type d'éthylène diamine choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'éthylène diamine, l'acide acétique d'éthylène diamine, et un hydrate d'éthylène diamine et leur réaction dans la cuve de réaction cylindrique ; et l'obtention en continu d'un produit réactionnel comprenant un dérivé de dihydropyrazinone représenté par la formule (I), à partir d'un orifice d'évacuation de la cuve de réaction cylindrique. Dans les formules, R1 désigne un groupe halogénoalkyle C1-6 et chaque X représente indépendamment un atome d'halogène.
