A module 2 includes: a housing 3 having a cell accommodating part 37 for accommodating a cell 7; an interface part 4 on which a receiving means for receiving an operation is disposed, and which has a substrate 40 attached to the housing 3; and a substrate 50 which is accommodated in the cell accommodating part 37 together with the cell 7, and on which is disposed a control circuit 51 that is electrically connected to the receiving means.
