Abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide an on-board control device provided with a heat-radiating coating film capable of efficiently dissipating heat from a high-temperature part such as a heat-generating body to a casing. An on-board control device provided with a heat-radiating coating film: characterized by being provided with a first region 302a having a first interface 305 in which the heat-radiating coating film is in contact with a substrate 301, and a second region 302b having a second interface 306 in which the heat-radiating coating film is in contact with air; and further characterized in that the thermal conductivity of the first region is higher than the thermal conductivity of the second region, and the thermal emissivity of the second region is higher than the thermal emissivity of the first region.
La présente invention vise à procurer un dispositif de commande embarqué comportant un film de revêtement rayonnant de la chaleur apte à dissiper efficacement de la chaleur à partir d'une partie à haute température d'un corps générant de la chaleur vers une enceinte. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande embarqué, lequel dispositif comporte un film de revêtement rayonnant de la chaleur, et lequel est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une première région (302a) comportant une première interface (305) dans laquelle le film de revêtement rayonnant de la chaleur est en contact avec un substrat (301), et une seconde région (302b) comportant une seconde interface (306) dans laquelle le film de revêtement rayonnant de la chaleur est en contact avec l'air ; et lequel est de plus caractérisé en ce que la conductivité thermique de la première région est supérieure à la conductivité thermique de la seconde région, et en ce que le facteur d'émission thermique de la seconde région est supérieur au facteur d'émission thermique de la première région.
