L'invention concerne un dispositif pour prélever un échantillon de tissu qui comprend une aiguille s'étendant longitudinalement depuis une extrémité proximale jusqu'à une extrémité distale et comprenant un canal s'étendant à travers elle, l'extrémité distale comprenant une paire de mâchoires, au moins une première mâchoire étant mobile par rapport à l'autre entre une configuration ouverte, dans laquelle les mâchoires sont ouvertes pour recevoir un tissu entre elles, et une configuration fermée dans laquelle les mâchoires sont tirées l'une vers l'autre pour prélever un échantillon de tissu entre elles.
