La présente invention concerne un procédé de configuration d'un neurone artificiel, comprenant la réception d'un ensemble de trains de pics d'entrée comportant des représentations de codage de modulation d'impulsions asynchrones. Le procédé comprend également la génération de pics de sortie représentant une similarité entre l'ensemble de trains de pics d'entrée et un filtre spatio-temporel.
