The present invention relates to a composition comprising isosorbide monooleate, a first surfactant selected from the group consisting of an alkyl glycoside having a weight average of the number of C-atoms in the alkyl chain of more than 11, cocoamidopropyl betaine and mixtures thereof, a second surfactant which is an alkyl glycoside having a weight average of the number of C-atoms in the alkyl chain of less than 11 and water. Furthermore it relates to a process for making this composition and to a cosmetic formulation, comprising this composition. La présente invention concerne une composition contenant du monooléate d'isosorbide, un premier agent tensioactif choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un glycoside d'alkyle présentant un nombre moyen en poids d'atomes de carbone dans sa chaîne alkylique supérieur à 11, de la cocoamidopropylbétaïne et de mélanges de ceux-ci, un second agent tensioactif qui est un glycoside d'alkyle présentant un nombre moyen en poids d'atomes de carbone dans sa chaîne alkylique inférieur à 11, et de l'eau. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de cette composition et une formulation cosmétique comprenant cette composition.
