A transparent display system and a vehicle-mounted device provided with the transparent display system. The transparent display system comprises: a transparent display unit (50) located between an eye of a user and an external light source; a human eye position determination unit (10') used for determining the position of the eye of the user; a light source position determination unit (20) used for determining the position of the external light source; a projection coordinate calculation unit (30) used for calculating the coordinate distribution of a projection region according to the position of the eye of the user and the position of the external light source, the projection region being a region needing to be shielded when the user feels glare when viewing through the transparent display unit; and a control unit (40) used for generating a display control signal according to the coordinate distribution of the projection region, wherein the transparent display unit (50) is used for displaying according to th
