A method for selecting one or more known preparation packs of suitable nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals and/or cosmeceuticals for an individual is provided, said method including: receiving a personalized table of recommended preparations for an individual comprising one or more recommended ingredients of nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals and/or cosmeceuticals for the specific individualt and recommended dosage for each ingredient; and searching through a database stored in a data storage medium, wherein the database comprises a plurality of known preparation packs of nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals and/or cosmeceuticals along with a pack table of ingredients and quantity of each ingredient of each known preparation pack for identifying a pack combination of one or more of the known preparation packs that have the best match to the personalized table of the individual, wherein the search is carried out using a designated algorithm, which optimizes the efficiency of the search through the database. L'invention concerne un procédé pour sélectionner un ou plusieurs emballages de préparation connus de produits nutraceutiques, pharmaceutiques et/ou cosméceutiques appropriés pour un individu, ledit procédé consistant : à recevoir un tableau personnalisé de préparations recommandées pour un individu comprenant un ou plusieurs ingrédients recommandés de produits nutraceutiques, pharmaceutiques et/ou cosméceutiques pour l'individu spécifique et un dosage recommandé pour chaque ingrédient ; et rechercher dans une base de données stockée dans un support de stockage de données, la base de données comprenant une pluralité d'emballages de préparation connus de produits nutraceutiques, pharmaceutiques et/ou cosméceutiques conjointement avec un tableau d'emballages d'ingrédients et la quantité de chaque ingrédient de chaque emballage de préparation connu pour identifier une combinaison d'emballages d'un ou plusieurs des emballages de préparation connus qui correspondent le mieux au tableau personnalisé de l'individu, la recherche étant réalisée à l'aide d'un algorithme désigné, qui optimise l'efficacité de la recherche dans la base de données.
