Abstract An organic light emitting element which comprises a compound represented by general formula (AA) in a light emitting layer has high luminous efficiency. In the general formula, each of R1-R5 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent having a Hammett substituent constant σp of 0 or more; each of R6-R20 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and at least one of the R6-R20 moieties is a substituted or unsubstituted N,N-diarylamino group; and m represents 1 or 2. La présente invention concerne un élément organique électroluminescent, présentant une efficacité lumineuse élevée, qui comprend un composé représenté par la forme générale (AA) dans une couche électroluminescente.
