Abstract This discharge device is provided with: a power supply (52); a discharge electrode (61) having a plurality of discharge needles (64), which are formed in shapes of lines or bars; and a counter electrode (71) facing leading ends of the discharge needles (64), respectively. This discharge device performs streamer discharge toward the counter electrode (71) from the leading ends of the discharge needles (64) when a potential difference is applied to the discharge electrode (61) and the counter electrode (71) from the power supply (52), said discharge needles (64) being disposed parallel to each other. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de décharge doté : d'une alimentation électrique (52) ; d'une électrode de décharge (61) comportant plusieurs aiguilles de décharge (64), qui sont conçues sous formes de lignes ou de barres ; et d'une contre-électrode (71) faisant face aux extrémités de tête respectives des aiguilles de décharge (64).
