Abstract | Provided are: a solution composition that contains a fluoroolefin copolymer and is resistant to the occurrence of gelling of the solution during or after polymerization of monomers, an increase in the molecular weight of the copolymer, and discoloration of the solution; a method for producing the solution composition; and a coating material composition that can form a coating film that resists discoloration, the coating film having favorable glossiness, boiling water resistance, alkali resistance, and moisture resistance, and resists yellowing during storage. The solution composition contains: a fluoroolefin copolymer (A) comprising a constituent unit that is on the basis of a fluoroolefin, a constituent unit that is on the basis of a monomer having a cross-linking group, and a constituent unit that is on the basis of a monomer that does not have a fluorine atom or a cross-linking group; a compound (B) having a 2,2,6,6,-tetrasubstituted piperidyl group; and an organic solvent (D). The method for producing the solution composition uses hydrotalcite. The coating material composition contains the solution composition and a specific curing agent (E).

Le procédé de production de la composition de type solution fait appel à un hydrotalcite.
