Abstract | A building construction surface element comprises a PV-panel (1) and, spaced therefrom, a building construction element comprising a mounting plate (3) spaced from and facing the backside of the PV-panel (1) and a thermal insulation plate (15). Spacers (9) define for an interspace between the backside of PV module (3) and the topside of the mounting plate (3). Building construction surface elements (10) are used to finish building surfaces. As such building surfaces may possibly not be covered by an integer number of the building construction surface elements (10), dummy building construction surface elements may be provided which do not comprise a PV module, but whereon a more easily tailorable PV module fake is applied. By combining building construction surface elements with appropriately tailored dummies the building construction surface may be completely covered, thereby providing for a homogeneous optical appearance.
L'invention concerne un élément de surface de construction de bâtiment qui comprend un panneau photovoltaïque (1) et, espacé de ce dernier, un élément de construction de bâtiment comprenant une plaque de montage (3) espacée de la face arrière du panneau photovoltaïque (1), et orientée vers celle-ci, et une plaque d'isolation thermique (15). Des entretoises (9) définissent un espace intermédiaire entre la face arrière du module photovoltaïque (1) et la partie supérieure de la plaque de montage (3). Des éléments de surface de construction de bâtiment (10) sont utilisés pour finir les surfaces du bâtiment. Comme de telles surfaces de bâtiment peuvent éventuellement ne pas être recouvertes par un nombre entier desdits éléments de surface de construction de bâtiment (10), on peut utiliser des éléments de surface de construction de bâtiment factices qui ne comportent pas de module photovoltaïque mais sur lesquels est appliqué un faux module photovoltaïque plus facilement personnalisable.
