Disclosed is a service system based on a user medium for remote electronic commerce. The system comprises at least one user medium associated with a user, with the user medium having an inner code of the user medium therein, at least one card reading device and a data platform; wherein the data platform receives the inner code corresponding to the user medium, which is read by the at least one card reading device, and uses the inner code as login information of a user account for verification, verifying whether the inner code has the corresponding user account and completing logging into the user account after the verification is passed. The system provided by the present invention can help different users realize simple and safe electronic commerce transaction services, and meanwhile, except the inner code of the user medium, no other information associated with the user is transmitted over a public network, so that such a login manner can effectively prevent personal information about the user from being in
