L'invention porte sur un dispositif à semi-conducteurs qui comprend une première région ayant un premier matériau de semi-conducteur et une seconde région ayant un second matériau de semi-conducteur. La seconde région est formée sur la première région. Le dispositif à semi-conducteurs comprend également une structure de blocage de courant formée dans la première région entre des première et seconde bornes du dispositif à semi-conducteurs.
