Abstract The present invention concerns a device for producing electrical energy comprising two cells intended to contain two solutions of different concentrations of at least one solute and separated by at least one separation membrane in which channels are arranged, each of the cells being provided with an electrode intended to be in contact with the solution that said cell will contain, characterised in that the walls of the channels consist of a material chosen from boron nitride, carbon doped with boron, boron nitride doped with carbon, or any other mixture of the elements boron, carbon and nitrogen, and a method for producing electrical energy that implements such a device. La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la production d'énergie électrique comprenant deux cellules destinées a contenir deux solutions de concentration différente en au moins un soluté et séparées par au moins une membrane de séparation dans laquelle sont aménagés des canaux, chacune des cellules étant équipée d'une électrode destinée à être en contact avec la solution que contiendra ladite cellule, caractérisé en ce que les parois des canaux sont constituées d'un matériau choisi parmi le nitrure de bore, le carbone dopé avec du bore, le nitrure de bore dopé avec du carbone, ou tout autre mélange des éléments bore, carbone et azote, ainsi qu'un procédé de production d'énergie électrique mettant en œuvre un tel dispositif.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la production d'énergie électrique comprenant deux cellules destinées a contenir deux solutions de concentration différente en au moins un soluté et séparées par au moins une membrane de séparation dans laquelle sont aménagés des canaux, chacune des cellules étant équipée d'une électrode destinée à être en contact avec la solution que contiendra ladite cellule, caractérisé en ce que les parois des canaux sont constituées d'un matériau choisi parmi le nitrure de bore, le carbone dopé avec du bore, le nitrure de bore dopé avec du carbone, ou tout autre mélange des éléments bore, carbone et azote, ainsi qu'un procédé de production d'énergie électrique mettant en œuvre un tel dispositif.
