Abstract | A touch control unit (5) comprises a manipulation acceptance unit (51) that accepts a touch manipulation with respect to an icon, etc., and an acceptance operation control unit (52) that prohibits the acceptance operation of the manipulation acceptance unit (51) when screen scrolling is started, wherein, in cases where screen scrolling has been started, the acceptance operation control unit (52) cancels said prohibition before said scrolling stops automatically.
