Summary:A touch control unit (5) comprises a manipulation acceptance unit (51) that accepts a touch manipulation with respect to an icon, etc., and an acceptance operation control unit (52) that prohibits the acceptance operation of the manipulation acceptance unit (51) when screen scrolling is started, wherein, in cases where screen scrolling has been started, the acceptance operation control unit (52) cancels said prohibition before said scrolling stops automatically. Selon l'invention, une unité de commande tactile (5) comprend une unité d'acceptation de manipulation (51) qui accepte une manipulation tactile relativement à une icône, etc., et une unité de commande d'opération d'acceptation (52) qui interdit l'opération d'acceptation de l'unité d'acceptation de manipulation (51) lorsqu'un défilement d'écran est lancé. Dans le cas où un défilement d'écran a été lancé, l'unité de commande d'opération d'acceptation (52) annule ladite interdiction avant que ledit défilement s'arrête automatiquement.
