Abstract Provided is a method of manufacturing a superconductor substrate (2), comprising: a conductive bed layer forming step of forming a non-oriented bed layer (24) having conductivity upon a substrate (10); and a biaxially oriented layer forming step of forming a biaxially oriented layer (26) upon the bed layer (24). La présente invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat supraconducteur (2), lequel procédé comprend : une étape de formation de couche de lit conductrice consistant à former une couche de lit non orientée (24) qui est dotée d'une conductivité sur un substrat (10) ; et une étape de formation de couche à orientation biaxiale consistant à former une couche à orientation biaxiale (26) sur la couche de lit (24).
