| Abstract | The present invention relates to a fatty acid tripeptide salt, and to an antibacterial composition including same as an active ingredient and having antibacterial and antifungal activity. The antibacterial composition including the fatty acid tripeptide salt according to the present invention has superior preservative ability without the use of common chemical preservatives, is not harmful to the human body, and has excellent stability.
