Abstract | The present invention relates to mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) isolated from peripheral blood, characterized in that said cells express the interleukin 13 receptor alpha-2 (IL13RA2), and also to a method for isolating said MSCs, which comprises detecting expression of said IL13RA2 in cells of a peripheral-blood sample and, if required, isolating said cells that express IL13RA2.
La presente invención se relaciona con células madre mesenquimales (CMM) aisladas a partir de la sangre periférica, caracterizadas porque expresan el receptor alfa-2 de la interleuquina 13 (IL13RA2), así como con un método para aislar dichas CMM que comprende detectar la expresión de dicho IL13RA2 en células de una muestra de sangre periférica, y, si se desea, aislar dichas células que expresan IL13RA2.
