Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for balancing an exhaust-gas turbocharger, having the following method steps: installing the exhaust-gas turbocharger in a balancing test stand; driving the exhaust-gas turbocharger by loading the turbine with a pressurized fluid; determining the imbalance; and compensating for the determined imbalance. As pressurized fluid for the loading of the turbine, use is made of hot gas which is heated to a temperature of higher than 90°C.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'équilibrage de turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement, consistant : à installer le turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement sur un banc d'essai d'équilibrage ; à entraîner le turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement par chargement de la turbine au moyen d'un fluide pressurisé ; à déterminer le déséquilibre ; et à compenser le déséquilibre déterminé. Comme le fluide pressurisé pour le chargement de la turbine, un gaz chaud qui a été chauffé à une température supérieure à 90°C est utilisé. |
