Abstract Disclosed is a polycarbonate resin composition superior in surface hardness, heat resistance, moldability and flame resistance. The polycarbonate resin composition contains at least a polycarbonate resin (a), a polycarbonate resin (b), having structural units that differ from this polycarbonate resin (a), and satisfies the following conditions. (i) The pencil hardness, as specified by ISO 15184, of the polycarbonate resin (a) is higher than the pencil hardness, as specified by ISO 15184, of the polycarbonate resin (b). (ii) The glass-transition point Tg (a) for the polycarbonate resin (a) and the glass transition point Tg (b) for the polycarbonate resin (b) satisfies the relation in (formula 1). Tg (b) - 45°C < Tg (a) < Tg (b) - 10°C ... (formula 1) (iii) The pencil hardness, as specified by ISO 15184, of the polycarbonate resin composition is two ranks or more higher than the pencil hardness, as specified by ISO 15184, of the polycarbonate resin (b). Tg (b) - 45°C < Tg (a) < Tg (b) - 10°C ... (formule 1).
