Abstract | A dielectric ceramic composition comprises main component expressed by (BaxCay)TiO3 and zinc oxide, wherein 0=y=0.08 and 0.975=x+y=1.010. The content of zinc oxide is 2-12 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of the main component. The dielectric ceramic composition has high AC breakdown voltage, high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. A production method thereof and an electronic component are also provided.
L'invention concerne une composition céramique diélectrique comprenant un composé principal exprimé par (BaxCay)TiO3 et de l'oxyde de zinc, où 0=y=0,08 et 0,975=x+y=1,010. La teneur en oxyde de zinc est de 2-12 parties en poids sur base de 100 parties en poids du composant principal. La composition céramique diélectrique présente une tension disruptive en courant alternatif élevée, une constante diélectrique élevée et une perte diélectrique basse.
