Abstract | A connection terminal and a testing jig which are assembled simply and function reliably. A connection terminal used for a connection jig for connecting points used for testing is provided with a small-diameter electrically conductive section and also with a large-diameter cylindrical section disposed so as to surround the small-diameter electrically conductive section. Either the small-diameter electrically conductive section and/or the large-diameter cylindrical section has formed thereon a spring section. The front end surface of the front end of the small-diameter electrically conductive section protrudes from the front end surface of the large-diameter cylindrical section. The front end of the small-diameter electrically conductive section is joined to the front end of the large-diameter cylindrical section. The spring section has a side surface formed by side etching. The front end surface of the front end of the small-diameter electrically conductive section is formed by etching.
L'invention concerne une borne de connexion et un bâti de test qui sont assemblés de manière simple et fonctionnent de manière fiable. Une borne de connexion utilisée pour un bâti de connexion permettant de connecter des points utilisés pour effectuer des tests est munie d'une section électriquement conductrice de petit diamètre ainsi que d'une section cylindrique de grand diamètre disposée de manière à entourer la section électriquement conductrice de petit diamètre. Sur l'une ou l'autre de la section cylindrique de petit diamètre et/ou de la section cylindrique de grand diamètre est formée une section à ressort.
