Disclosed is an internal chemical filter (15) comprising a filter base material (50) having a three-dimensional network backbone structure and numerous particles of an adsorbent (51) attached onto the filter base material (50). The adsorbent (51) comprises a powder of activated carbon or the like or a particulate porous material and an impregnating agent attached onto the surface of the powder or the porous material. The impregnating agent to be used is an acidic metal salt, an organic acid or an inorganic acid. In the adsorbent (51), a silanol compound contained in air is adsorbed onto the impregnating agent in the dimerized form. La présente invention concerne un filtre chimique interne (15) comprenant un matériau de base filtrant (50) ayant une structure de squelette à réseau tridimensionnel et de nombreuses particules d'un agent adsorbant (51) fixées sur le matériau de base filtrant (50). L'agent adsorbant (51) comprend une poudre de charbon actif ou similaire ou un matériau poreux particulaire et un agent d'imprégnation fixé à la surface de la poudre ou du matériau poreux. L'agent d'imprégnation à utiliser est un sel métallique acide, un acide organique ou un acide inorganique.
