A dental implant having a plate, the dental implant including a plate having a shape corresponding to an outer surface of an alveolar bone of a human, and having a bottom surface that contacts the alveolar bone; a plurality of fixtures for fixing the plate to the alveolar bone; an artificial tooth arranged on the plate; and a coupled structure for fixing the artificial tooth to the plate. By using the dental implant, a simple implant inserting operation is possible by fixing the plate at an alveolar bone of a patient who is not normally masticate due to the absence of a natural tooth, in particular, who has an insufficient amount of bones or an inferior quality of bones such that a conventional implant may not be implanted to the patient.
