A seat heater is provided with first heating elements (11 - 15) and second heating elements (20, 21) both of which are disposed in a seat, corresponding to a first region and a second region of a seated person; and with a control means (3) for performing fluctuation control wherein a first set temperature for the first heating elements (11 - 15) and a second set temperature for the second heating elements (20, 21) are varied, respectively, depending on predetermined time blocks. The control means (3) sets the first set temperature to a value higher than the second set temperature in some time blocks and sets the second set temperature to a value higher than the first set temperature in other time blocks. L'invention porte sur un élément chauffant de siège muni de premiers éléments chauffants (11 - 15) et de seconds éléments chauffants (20, 21) disposés conjointement dans un siège, correspondant à une première région et à une seconde région d'une personne assise, et d'un moyen de commande (3) destiné à exécuter une commande de fluctuation, une première température fixée pour les premiers éléments chauffants (11 - 15) et une seconde température fixée pour les seconds éléments chauffants (20, 21) variant respectivement en fonction de tranches horaires prédéterminées. Le moyen de commande (3) règle la première température fixée à une valeur supérieure à celle de la seconde température fixée dans certaines tranches horaires et règle la seconde température fixée à une valeur supérieure à celle de la première température fixée dans d'autres tranches horaires.
