Abstract | A fixed mirror (14), a BS (13), and a drive mechanism (21) are integrally and directly supported by means of a supporting section (22). Therefore, even if the drive mechanism (21) and the supporting section (22) vibrate when a moving mirror (15) is driven, the vibration is propagated at the same time to the fixed mirror (14) and the BS (13) via the same supporting section (22). Thus, generation of an optical path difference in the optical path between the BS (13) and the fixed mirror (14) due to the vibration is suppressed, and highly accurate interference can be provided.
L'invention concerne un système comprenant un miroir fixe (14), un séparateur de faisceau (Beam Splitter, BS) (13) et un mécanisme (21) d'entraînement, qui sont portés directement et d'un seul tenant par une section porteuse (22). De ce fait, même si le mécanisme (21) d'entraînement et la section porteuse (22) vibrent lorsqu'un miroir mobile (15) est entraîné, les vibrations sont propagées en même temps au miroir fixe (14) et au BS (13) via la même section porteuse (22). Ainsi, la génération d'une différence de chemin optique sur le chemin optique entre le BS (13) et le miroir fixe (14) du fait des vibrations est limitée, ce qui permet de créer des interférences très précises. |
