Abstract A foreign substance introduction method, which comprises the steps of: preparing a foreign substance introduction construct comprising a carrier peptide fragment and a foreign substance of interest bound to the N-terminal side and/or the C-terminal side of the carrier peptide fragment; supplying the foreign substance introduction construct to a sample containing eukaryotic cells of interest; and incubating the sample into which the foreign substance introduction construct has been supplied to thereby introduce the construct into the eukaryotic cells in the sample, wherein the carrier peptide fragment comprises an amino acid sequence: KKRTLRKNDRKKR (SEQ ID NO:1) or an amino acid sequence produced by substituting, deleting and/or adding (inserting) one, two or three amino acid residues in the preceding amino acid sequence.
