A method and device for solving IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) Client address conflict are provided by the present invention. When an IPSec Client needs data interaction with an IPSec Server in an IPSec network, it automatically creates a unique and legitimate VPN (Virtual Private Network) IP address, and replaces the UDP (User Datagram Protocol) encapsulated real IP address of the IPSec Client terminal with the created VPN IP address. The method and device of the present invention solve the address conflict problem when the IPSec Client in the IPSec network accesses a network protected by the IPSec Server, improve the compatibility of the IPSec Client, extends the application range of the IPSec Client, and ensures that each IPSec Client in the IPSec network can normally access the network protected by the IPSec Server simultaneously.
