The inner part of the planting container is orderly provided with a layer (5) composed of ceramic aggregate and sand; a layer (4) composed of medical stone, sand and perlite; and a layer (3) composed of organic substrate from bottom to top. The layer composed of ceramic aggregate and sand, and the layer composed of medical stone, sand and perlite form a water storage layer. The layer composed of ceramic aggregate and sand is provided with a first irrigation and drainage tube (62) having U-type inner cavity.
