Abstract | Disclosed is a process for producing a filler, which comprises: a first step of reacting inorganic particles each having a hydroxyl group with a silane coupling agent comprising a silane coupling agent having a C2-8 alkenyl group and/or a C2-7 alkynyl group; and a second step of reacting the inorganic particles which have been reacted with the silane coupling agent with a compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein R1 represents a C4-50 alkyl group or a C6-30 aryl group; and R2 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a chloro group or a C1-4 alkyl group].
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une charge qui comporte : une première étape consistant à faire réagir des particules minérales ayant chacune un groupe hydroxyle avec un agent de couplage au silane comportant un agent de couplage au silane ayant un groupe alkényle C2-8 et/ou un groupe alkynyle C2-7, et une seconde étape consistant à faire réagir les particules minérales qui ont réagi avec l'agent de couplage au silane avec un composé représenté par la formule générale (1) [dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe alkyle C4-50 ou un groupe aryle C6-30; et R2 et R3 représentent de façon indépendante un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe chloro ou un groupe alkyle C1-4]. |
