Abstract | A solid-state imaging device provided with a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements (61c) for converting incident light into an electric charge. Further, the solid-state imaging device is provided with a color filter array (70) which includes at least three types of color filters (72) which filter differing wavelength ranges. At each photoelectric conversion element (61c), either of the color filters (72) is arranged to filter incident light. Further, the color filters (72) are configured so as to have equal spectral transmittance at a predetermined wavelength region.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'imagerie à semi-conducteur qui comprend une pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectriques (61c) pour convertir une lumière incidente en une charge électrique. En outre, le dispositif d'imagerie à semi-conducteur comprend une matrice de filtre couleur (70) qui comprend au moins trois types de filtres couleurs (72) qui filtrent différentes plages de longueur d'onde. Au niveau de chaque élément de conversion photoélectrique (61c), l'un des filtres couleurs (72) est agencé pour filtrer la lumière incidente.
