Abstract | A protruding section (42) of a first electrode (40) is formed in a long board shape extending over a plurality of lattice holes (46) of the first electrode (40), and a lattice hole (56) of a second electrode (50) is formed in a long hole shape extending to face the protruding section (42) of the first electrode (40). The protruding sections (42) of the second electrode (50) are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction such that the protruding section faces the lattice hole (46) of the first electrode (40) on an end section (54a) on the longer side of each lattice hole (56) of the second electrode (50).
Selon l'invention, une section en saillie (42) d'une première électrode (40) est mise sous la forme d'une plaque allongée s'étendant sur une pluralité de trous (46) de la grille de la première électrode (40) et un trou (56) de la grille d'une seconde électrode (50) est mis sous la forme d'un trou allongé s'étendant pour faire face à la section en saillie (42) de la première électrode (40).
