Abstract The invention relates to a catalyst comprising a crystallized material containing silicon having hierarchical and organized porosity and at least one hydro-dehydrogenating element selected from the group formed by elements from Group VIB and/or Group VIII of the periodic table. Said amorphous material, which contains silicon having hierarchical and organized porosity, consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said particles including a mesostructured silicon oxide matrix having a mesopore diameter of 1.5 to 30 nm and having microporous crystallized walls with a thickness of 1.5 to 60 nm, said elementary spherical particles having a maximum diameter of 200 microns. The invention also relates to hydrocracking/hydroconversion and hydrotreatment methods implementing said catalyst. La présente invention concerne un catalyseur comprenant, au moins un matériau cristallisé comprenant du silicium à porosité hiérarchisée et organisée et au moins un élément hydro-deshydrogénant choisi dans le groupe formé par les éléments du groupe VIB et/ou du groupe VIII de la classification périodique. Ledit matériau cristallisé comprenant du silicium à porosité hiérarchisée et organisée est constitué d'au moins deux particules sphériques élémentaires, chacune desdites particules comprenant une matrice à base d'oxyde de silicium, mésostructurée, ayant un diamètre de mésopores compris entre 1,5 et 30 nm et présentant des parois microporeuses et cristallisées d'épaisseur comprise entre 1,5 et 60 nm, lesdites particules sphériques élémentaires ayant un diamètre maximal de 200 microns.
