Abstract | Provide is a laser welding apparatus capable of performing laser welding while holding conductors so as not to have the tips of the conductors deviated from their positions on terminals. The laser welding apparatus (10) is provided for laser-welding the conductors and the terminals provided at an object to be welded. The laser welding apparatus is provided with a first holding member (12) and a second holding member (15). The first holding member is placed on a surface having the terminals of the object to be welded and has guide parts recessed in U-shapes in plane view for guiding the tips of the conductors onto the terminals. The second holding member presses the conductors while the tips of the conductors are introduced in the guide parts. The laser welding apparatus (10) performs laser welding by applying laser beams to the conductors on the tip sides of positions pressed by the second holding member (15).
L'invention porte sur un appareil de soudage laser capable d'effectuer un soudage laser tout en maintenant des conducteurs de telle sorte que les pointes des conducteurs ne sont pas écartées de leurs positions sur des bornes. L'appareil de soudage laser (10) est prévu pour le soudage laser des conducteurs et des bornes disposés au niveau d'un objet devant être soudé. L'appareil de soudage laser comporte un premier élément de maintien (12) et un second élément de maintien (15). Le premier élément de maintien est placé sur une surface ayant les bornes de l'objet devant être soudé et a des parties de guidage en creux en formes de U dans une vue en plan, pour guider les pointes des conducteurs sur les bornes. Le second élément de maintien presse les conducteurs alors que les pointes des conducteurs sont introduites dans les parties de guidage. L'appareil de soudage laser (10) effectue un soudage laser par application de faisceaux lasers aux conducteurs sur les côtés de pointe de positions pressés par le second élément de maintien (15). |
