Abstract | A blood pressure measuring instrument comprises a cuff member (2) detachably fastened to a blood pressure measurement portion and a cuff body (1) composed of an avascularization air bag (8) for pressing the blood pressure measurement portion, a sub-air bag (7), and pulse detection air bag (5). After the press by avascularization air bag pressurization/depressurization means (22, 23) and sub-air bag pressurization/depressurization means (27, 26), depressurization at the same depressurization rate is controlled to lessen the cuff-edge effect. Thus, a pulse signal is obtained.
L'invention concerne un instrument de mesure de la pression sanguine qui comprend un élément de bracelet (2) fixé de manière détachable sur une partie de mesure de la pression sanguine et un corps (1) de bracelet constitué d'un sac à air (8) d'avascularisation qui comprime la partie de mesure de la pression sanguine, un sous-sac à air (7) et un sac à air (5) de détection du pouls. Après compression par des moyens (22, 23) de pressurisation/dépressurisation du sac à air d'avascularisation et des moyens (27, 26) de pressurisation/dépressurisation du sous-sac à air, la dépressurisation est contrôlée à la même vitesse de dépressurisation de manière à atténuer l'effet de bordure du bracelet. On obtient ainsi un signal de pouls. |
