Abstract This aims to provide a gear, which is enhanced not only in an abrasion-resistance and a scoring-resistance but also in the fatigue strengths of a pitching and a tooth lack without increasing any working step. A tooth surface (2) is smoothed by a gyro-polishing treatment, and a number of fine dents (3) are formed at random in the smoothed tooth surface (2) by a liquid-honing treatment, in which fine hard particles collide against one another together with the liquid, so that a high residual stress is established on the tooth surface (2) by the liquid-honing treatment. Thus, it is possible to enhance not only the abrasion-resistance and the scoring-resistance but also the fatigue strengths of the pitching and the tooth lack without increasing the working step. La présente invention a pour but de proposer un engrenage qui présente non seulement une meilleure résistance à l'abrasion et une meilleure résistance à la formation de rayures, mais également des meilleures résistances à la fatigue en cas d'engrènement et de manque de dents, sans augmenter le nombre d'étapes de travail. Une surface dentée (2) est lissée grâce à un traitement de polissage par gyroscope et un certain nombre de fines dents (3) sont formées de manière aléatoire sur la surface dentée lissée (2) grâce à un traitement de rodage au liquide, selon lequel de fines particules dures se heurtent conjointement avec le liquide de telle sorte qu'une forte contrainte résiduelle soit établie sur la surface dentée (2) grâce au traitement de rodage au liquide. Ainsi, il est possible d'améliorer non seulement la résistance à l'abrasion et la résistance à la formation de rayures, mais également les résistances à la fatigue en cas d'engrènement et de manque de dents, sans augmenter le nombre des étapes de travail.
