Abstract | The present invention describes wet-wipe composition with a liquid portion that is impregnated in a substrate, wherein the liquid portion contains a binary pair of a thickening or gelling polymer along with a thickening or gelling agent which substantially reduces fluid migration of the liquid portion within a wet- wipes stack during storage.
