Abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a distributed refractive index-type optical element which can be optically designed readily, enables to provide a desired optical element in a simple manner, and has an ultraviolet ray-absorbing ability. Specifically disclosed is method for producing a distributed refractive index-type optical element having an ultraviolet ray-absorbing ability, which comprises the steps of: applying a paste comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a lithium compound, a potassium compound, a rubidium compound, a cesium compound, a silver compound, a copper compound and a thallium compound, an organic resin and an organic solvent onto a glass substrate comprising an alkali metal component and an ultraviolet ray-absorbing component as glass constituent components; and heat-treating the resulting substrate at a temperature lower than the softening point of the glass substrate.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un élément optique de type à indice de réfraction distribué, qui peut être optiquement conçu de façon aisée, qui permet d'avoir un élément optique désiré d'une simple manière et qui possède une aptitude à absorber le rayonnement ultraviolet. De façon précise, l'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un élément optique de type à indice de réfraction distribué ayant une aptitude à absorber le rayonnement ultraviolet, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : appliquer une pâte comprenant au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par un composé de lithium, un composé de potassium, un composé de rubidium, un composé de césium, un composé d'argent, un composé de cuivre et un composé de thallium, une résine organique et un solvant organique sur un substrat de verre comprenant un composant de métal alcalin et un composant absorbant le rayonnement ultraviolet en tant que composants constitutifs du verre ; et traiter à chaud le substrat résultant à une température inférieure au point de ramollissement du substrat de verre. |
